Youth Careers Awards
awards-2026-sponsors-v2

Celebrating the achievements of the young people, communities and employers we work with is essential, and after 13 years of hosting the Spark! Awards, in 2026 we held the first ever ‘Youth Careers Awards’.

On the 26th March 2026 we came together with our partners, volunteers and young people, to recognise their commitment, passion and inspirational journeys. This has rarely been more important.
