Our vital community partners work with us to better understand the local challenges and opportunities in their communities, support engagement with local residents and partners, and partner us to develop robust responses to support young people with barriers to entering employment.

In partnership with West London Alliance, West London Business and West London Careers Hub, we have hosted the Youth Careers Summit, bringing together stakeholders from across sectors and industries, to better understand the challenges we face and to explore and develop collective solutions. These Summits directly led to the objective of establishing a West London Youth Employment Roadmap, and the formation of the Youth Employment Action Group.

Further, it is only through our productive partnerships with our local Council and voluntary youth sector partners, that we are able to better understand the local needs and service gaps, co-designing solutions, and ensuring we are able to reach and engage the young people who will most benefit.
