In 2024/25 we partnered with 455 employers from across 25 sectors. Our network ranges from large multi-nationals, such as GSK and Cisco, to hundreds of Small and Medium Enterprises and micro high-street business, working together to form strong, supportive and sustainable relationships between businesses, schools and young people.

There are a range of activities businesses and employers can get involved to help us change young lives:

  • Support career and employability skills workshops
  • Host Industry Insight days
  • Participate in mock interviews and speed networking sessions with young people
  • Host work experience and internships
  • Provide CV advice and support
  • Become a Career Mentor
  • Participate at events
  • Support the Youth Career Awards

However, we welcome conversations to explore a more strategic partnership, meeting both your priorities as a business and the needs in your communities.
