We hold a fundamental belief that we cannot make any significant impact or change in isolation. Only together can we achieve anything of note, and we therefore work collectively with others, across sectors, to establish common objectives, develop impactful partnerships and deliver complementary services.
In 2024/25 we partnered with 70 schools and colleges, engaging their students with identified barriers to entering employment or training, developing a tailored range of activities and diverse opportunities to meaningfully engage with local employers and workplaces.
In 2024/25 we partnered with 455 employers from across 25 sectors. Our network ranges from large multi-nationals, such as GSK and Cisco, to hundreds of Small and Medium Enterprises and micro high-street business.
Only in collaboration with diverse community partners is our work possible. Partnerships with local Councils and voluntary youth sector organisations enable us to reach and engage young people most in need of our services, empowering or vital work.
In 2024/25 Youth Careers Collective worked with 6,376 young people from across 70 communities. We centre young people, their voice and their influence throughout the organisation, articulating the barriers to employment that they experience and driving solutions and long-term change.
Our funders and supporters are fundamental to our work, and without them we simply wouldn’t be able to operate. We are immensely grateful for all the support they provide, not just funding, but access to training opportunities, networks of practice and vital expertise.
Volunteers are the life blood of our work and In 2024/25 we were supported by an amazing 1027 volunteers, who gave more than 16,000 hours of their time, attending workshops, opening up their workplaces, hosting work experience and as career mentors.
We have a long-standing and valuable partnership with Youth Careers Collective. Their approach is both easy to work with and ensures purposeful, meaningful engagement that creates real impact.
